Operating from our head office in Rosyth, we provide services throughout the Central Belt of Scotland, with a primary focus on Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. DSM collaborate with clients to deliver projects on budget, maintaining strict safety standards and excellent quality.

Our team comprises of highly skilled and experienced joiners, many of whom have served DSM for an extended period. This longstanding commitment reflects our company's dedication to consistency and reliability for our contractors, leading to continued collaboration and repeat engagements.

We also demonstrate our commitment to creating opportunities by consistently offering apprenticeship programmes. On average, we employ approximately 10 apprentices at any given time.

Enhancing health and safety standards for our workforce remains a primary objective. We believe that a secure workplace, with favourable working conditions and standards help ensure employees are protected, leading to increased productivity.

Maintaining high health and safety standards is paramount to DSM, we therefore engage the services of an independent safety advisor to oversee standards and procedures across all our projects.

Our management team frequently visit sites to verify compliance with health and safety procedures. Our on-site supervisors conduct toolbox talks and remind staff of their health and safety responsibilities, as well as address any current safety concerns.

DSM holds accreditation from the Safety Management Advisory Services Scheme (SMAS) and remains dedicated to consistently fulfilling SMAS standards.
