Graham Skenet

Graham Skene, co-founder of DSM Joinery Contractors Limited, began his career as a joinery apprentice with J. Smart & Co. in Edinburgh during the 1980s. After completing his apprenticeship, he spent four years in London working on high-end commercial developments, gaining valuable industry experience.

Upon returning to Edinburgh in the mid-1990s, Graham established himself within the new-build sector, where he met Douglas Feltham. Following several years of working together, they realised their shared vision by founding DSM Joinery Contractors Limited in 2007.

Douglas Feltham

Douglas Feltham, co-founder of DSM Joinery Contractors Limited, began his career as a joinery apprentice in the 1980s. He gained extensive experience working on a variety of large-scale commercial developments before establishing himself in the new-build sector, specialising in kit erection and 2nd-fix joinery.

After several years of working alongside Graham Skene, the pair realised their shared ambition by founding DSM Joinery Contractors Limited in 2007.

Stuart Wright

Stuart Wright joined DSM as an apprentice in 2008, and following the successful completion of his apprenticeship, progressed through the company by consistently demonstrating strong technical expertise and leadership.

His commitment and professional development culminated in his appointment as Director in 2024. Stuart specialises in 1st fix and 2nd fix joinery, bringing extensive practical experience to the business.

Michael Hannay

Michael Hannay joined DSM as an apprentice in 2007. Following the successful completion of his apprenticeship, he continued to progress throughout the business, demonstrating outstanding professional growth and achieving promotion to Director in 2024.

Michael specialises in kit erection, bringing extensive knowledge and practical experience to the delivery of new-build construction projects.

Office Manager

Irene Condon

Irene has served as DSM’s Office Manager since 2019, overseeing the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. With over three decades of experience in office administration, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, having begun her career through a youth training scheme in 1988.

Her strong organisational skills and dedication play a key role in supporting the efficient running of the business.
